VALUATION CONSULTANCY

Go property (hereinafter referred as Go Property Consultants and Auctioneer Co. Ltd) is a full registered valuation consultant by the Valuers Registration Board (VRB). Therefore, we are registered, licensed and authorized to carry out valuation of all fixed and movable assets/properties for various purposes. Valuation purposes include; mortgage, sale and/or purchase, land acquisition and compensation, financial reporting (accounting purposes), rating, Insurance, land rent assessment, probate and administration, rental value assessment, joint venture and investment, stock market floatation, court proceedings (litigation, bail, appeals etc).
